Add your listings
Simply list your services for free with unlimited listings. You can describe your chartering service including photos, and up to 4 different pricing option.
Your customers can send you message from your listings. You will receive an email notification. If they are already registered
as a Xemo Hub member, you can manage the private message within the portal.
We make it very easy to manage your bookings. Using Xemo Hub portal, you can
- Be notified when a booking is received
- View booking details
- Send invoice
- Send private message
Sending invoice and request payment
Once you have receive a booking, you can send an invoice to the customer from the portal directly. The
invoice will have the booking details and the total amount due.
Xemo bank account will be provided on the invoice so that the customer can pay to Xemo account first.
Once the payment is made, you will be notified and the invoice will be marked as PAID.
Receive payment from customers
Xemo Hub can receive payment on behalf of you.
The booking payment will be cleared and transfered to you upon request.
You will receive the payment via Bank transfer to the bank account nominated, ususally within 48 hours.
If your customer pays you directly instead of going through Xemo, this is aboslutely fine.
We will take 15% or (12.5% of total amount if over $1,000) of booking commission. This will allow Xemo to promote your services and continously improve our services to you.
We will invoice you the booking fee incurred based on the booking value of the invoice or at the time of the booking is made.
